Efficient utilization of production resources is a crucial factor in ensuring the sustainable development and competitiveness of grain-processing enterprises. In the context of increasing food demand, market competition, and resource limitations, enterprises are required to improve the efficiency of raw material, labor, energy, and technical resource management. This study examines the economic significance of resource utilization in grain-processing enterprises and identifies key factors affecting production efficiency. Economic, statistical, and comparative analysis methods were employed to assess the relationship between resource consumption and enterprise performance indicators. The findings reveal that the implementation of modern technologies, automation systems, and resource-saving mechanisms significantly reduces production costs and increases profitability. Enterprises utilizing advanced technologies demonstrate lower raw material losses, higher labor productivity, improved energy efficiency, and greater production capacity utilization. The study concludes that resource-efficient management practices contribute directly to sustainable industrial development, enhanced competitiveness, and strengthened food security.
