KLAPANLARGA BOG‘LIQ BO‘LMAGAN BO‘LMACHALAR FIBRILATSIYASI: EPIDEMIOLOGIYASI, PATOGENEZI, KLINIK AHAMIYATI VA ZAMONAVIY DAVOLASH YONDASHUVLARI

Klapanlarga bog‘liq bo‘lmagan bo‘lmachalar fibrilatsiyasi (KBBBf) yurak ritmi buzilishlarining eng keng tarqalgan shakllaridan biri bo‘lib, dunyo bo‘ylab millionlab insonlarda uchraydi. Ushbu aritmiya turi yurak bo‘lmachalarining tartibsiz va yuqori chastotali elektr faolligi bilan tavsiflanadi hamda insult, yurak yetishmovchiligi, tromboembolik asoratlar va o‘lim xavfining ortishi bilan bog‘liq. So‘nggi o‘n yilliklarda aholi qarishi, arterial gipertenziya, semizlik, qandli diabet va metabolik sindromning ko‘payishi natijasida kasallikning tarqalish ko‘rsatkichlari sezilarli ravishda ortib bormoqda. Zamonaviy tadqiqotlar klapanlarga bog‘liq bo‘lmagan bo‘lmachalar fibrilatsiyasi rivojlanishida elektr va struktur remodelatsiya, neyrogumoral faollikning kuchayishi hamda yallig‘lanish jarayonlarining muhim o‘rin tutishini ko‘rsatmoqda. Antikoagulyant terapiya, ritm va chastotani nazorat qilish strategiyalari, shuningdek kateter ablatsiyasi kasallikni boshqarishning asosiy yo‘nalishlari hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada klapanlarga bog‘liq bo‘lmagan bo‘lmachalar fibrilatsiyasining epidemiologik xususiyatlari, patogenetik mexanizmlari, klinik namoyon bo‘lishi va zamonaviy davolash tamoyillari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi.
