Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqola qo'g'onoq pardaning muddatidan oldin yorilishi (QPMOY) patogenezida qin mikroflorasining tutgan o'rnini, diagnostika usullarini va korreksiya yo'llarini yoritishga bag'ishlangan. Andijon davlat tibbiyot instituti klinik bazasida 2021–2024 yillar davomida 160 nafar homilador ayol kuzatildi: asosiy guruh – QPMOY aniqlangan 110 nafar, nazorat guruhi – asoratlar kuzatilmagan 50 nafar homilador. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatdiki, QPMOY bilan og'rigan ayollarning 78,2% ida patologik qin mikroflorasi (bakterial vaginoz, aerob vaginit, Candida, Trichomonas) aniqlangan. Gardnerella vaginalis 46,4% da, Ureaplasma urealyticum 38,2% da, Streptococcus agalactiae (GBS) 22,7% da topildi. Mikrobial kolonizatsiya interleykin-6 (IL-6), IL-8 va matriks metalloproteinaza-8 (MMP-8) darajasini sezilarli oshirib, amniotik pardalarda kolagen parchalanishini tezlashtiradi.
Korreksiya sifatida metronidazol + klindamitsin kombinatsiyasi va probiotik terapiya (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, L. crispatus) qo'llanilib, QPMOY xavfi 54% ga kamaytirildi, neonatal sepsis chastotasi esa 3,1 barobarga kamaytildi. Qin mikroflorasini erta skrining qilish va maqsadli antibiotik profilaktika QPMOY ning oldini olishda asosiy strategiya hisoblanadi.
