Surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi dunyo sogʻliqni saqlash tizimida yuqori nogironlik, kasallanish va oʻlim koʻrsatkichlari bilan tavsiflanuvchi muhim tibbiy-ijtimoiy muammolardan biri hisoblanadi. Kasallik nafaqat yurak-qon tomir tizimining funksional holatini izdan chiqaradi, balki bemorning jismoniy faolligi, ruhiy barqarorligi, ijtimoiy moslashuvi va kundalik hayot faoliyatiga ham sezilarli salbiy taʼsir koʻrsatadi. Mazkur maqolada surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi bilan kasallangan bemorlar hayot sifatining klinik va amaliy jihatlari zamonaviy ilmiy qarashlar asosida kompleks tahlil qilindi. Kasallikning patofiziologik mexanizmlari, funksional sinflar, komorbid holatlar, laborator hamda instrumental diagnostika natijalarining hayot sifatiga taʼsiri chuqur yoritildi. Shuningdek, farmakoterapiya, reabilitatsiya, psixologik qoʻllab-quvvatlash, ovqatlanish tartibi va muntazam monitoringning bemor salomatligiga taʼsiri ilmiy nazariyalar asosida baholandi. Statistik maʼlumotlar asosida kasallikning tarqalishi, prognozi hamda hayot sifati koʻrsatkichlari oʻrtasidagi bogʻliqlik tahlil qilinib, kompleks klinik yondashuvning samaradorligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi bilan kasallangan bemorlarni boshqarishda multidisiplinar yondashuv, erta diagnostika va individual davolash strategiyalarini qoʻllash hayot sifatini yaxshilashning muhim omili ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
