Abstract

This article examines a systematic methodological framework for analyzing economic problems and proposing evidence-based solutions in English for economics students. It highlights the importance of transitioning from theoretical knowledge to practical application through structured analytical stages, including problem identification, data-driven diagnosis, and the use of strategic tools such as SWOT, PESTLE, and cost-benefit analysis. The study also emphasizes the distinction between microeconomic and macroeconomic issues and the role of empirical and qualitative data in forming accurate conclusions. Particular attention is given to the formulation of policy recommendations through monetary, fiscal, and structural interventions. Furthermore, the article underlines the significance of professional English, including precise terminology and hedging strategies, in communicating economic analysis. It concludes that mastering both analytical and linguistic competencies is essential for preparing globally competitive economists.
