The study highlights that effective corporate governance contributes to social stability by ensuring responsible resource allocation, protecting stakeholder interests, and promoting long-term economic and social sustainability. The article also discusses modern challenges such as globalization, environmental concerns, and increasing public expectations regarding corporate social responsibility. Overall, it emphasizes that strong corporate governance systems are essential for balancing business objectives with societal needs.
