Abstract

Digital game-based learning has gained increasing attention in higher education, particularly in language instruction. This article examines how digital games contribute to grammar competence among university students. Drawing on empirical and theoretical research, the study analyses the pedagogical benefits of interactive grammar applications, including improved engagement, repeated practice, and immediate feedback. The findings suggest that game-based environments can strengthen grammatical accuracy and learner motivation when integrated into structured instruction. However, effective outcomes depend on careful alignment with academic objectives.
