A DETAILED ANALYSIS OF THE POEM “THE WORD” BY ALEXANDER FEINBERG

This article presents a detailed analysis of Alexander Feinberg’s poem “The Word.” The study examines how the absence of a timely spoken word and its influence on human relationships are expressed through poetic imagery and symbolic expression. The analysis focuses on the poem’s compositional structure, metaphorical images, and the development of its emotional meaning. The results of the study show that Feinberg reveals deep philosophical ideas through simple yet expressive poetic language. The poem demonstrates how a single unspoken or belated word can lead to regret and deep emotional experiences in human relationships.
