Abstract

Podagra purin almashinuvi buzilishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan va organizmda siydik kislotasi miqdorining ortishi bilan tavsiflanadigan surunkali metabolik kasallik hisoblanadi. Kasallikning asosiy patogenetik mexanizmi giperurikemiya fonida monosodiy urat kristallarining bo‘g‘imlar, periartikulyar to‘qimalar hamda ayrim ichki organlarda to‘planishi bilan bog‘liq. So‘nggi o‘n yilliklarda dunyo miqyosida podagra bilan kasallanish ko‘rsatkichlarining ortib borishi ushbu patologiyani nafaqat revmatologik, balki muhim tibbiy-ijtimoiy muammo sifatida ham ko‘rib chiqishni talab qilmoqda. Epidemiologik kuzatuvlar natijalariga ko‘ra, rivojlangan davlatlarda katta yoshdagi aholi orasida podagra tarqalishi 1–4 % ni tashkil etadi. Erkaklarda kasallik ayollarga nisbatan bir necha barobar ko‘proq uchraydi va yosh ortishi bilan uning rivojlanish xavfi sezilarli darajada oshadi. Mazkur maqolada podagraning zamonaviy diagnostik mezonlari, kasallikning klinik namoyon bo‘lish xususiyatlari, laborator va instrumental tekshiruv usullarining diagnostik ahamiyati hamda davolashning yangi yondashuvlari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, uratni pasaytiruvchi terapiya, yallig‘lanishga qarshi davolash usullari, biologik preparatlar va bemorlarni uzoq muddatli kuzatish strategiyalarining samaradorligi baholandi. Tadqiqotlar natijalari podagrani erta aniqlash, individual davolash rejasini ishlab chiqish hamda hayot tarzini modifikatsiya qilish kasallik nazoratini yaxshilashda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
