Mazkur maqolada namatak (Rosa canina L.) o‘simligining biologik xususiyatlari va uning tibbiyotda qo‘llanilish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda o‘simlikning morfologik belgilari, xususan, mevasining tuzilishi, urug‘lanish xususiyatlari va vegetatsiya davri bilan bog‘liq jihatlar ko‘rib chiqildi. Kimyoviy tarkibni tahlil qilish jarayonida namatak mevasida askorbin kislotasi miqdorining yuqoriligi, shuningdek flavonoidlar va fenol birikmalarining mavjudligi aniqlangan ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritildi. Ushbu moddalar antioksidant faollik bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, organizmda oksidlovchi stressni kamaytirishga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari namatak asosidagi preparatlar asosan gipovitaminoz, yallig‘lanish jarayonlari va umumiy zaiflik holatlarida qo‘llanilishini ko‘rsatadi.
