Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda Surxondaryo viloyati ekologik sharoitida bo‘yoq beruvchi o‘simliklar — indigofera (Indigofera tinctoria L.), ro‘yan (Rubia tinctorum L.) va xina (Lawsonia inermis)da pigment sintezi hamda stress omillariga moslashuv mexanizmlari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida flavonoid, fenolik va pigment birikmalar miqdori turli ekologik sharoitlarda tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, suv tanqisligi va yuqori harorat sharoitida pigment sintezi sezilarli darajada ortadi. Indigoferada indigo pigmenti sintezi, ro‘yanda antraxinon birikmalar, xina o‘simligida esa lawsone miqdori stress sharoitida yuqori darajada to‘planishi aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu o‘simliklarning ekologik moslashuv mexanizmlarini ochib beradi va ularni sanoat miqyosida yetishtirish uchun ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
