Abstract

. Ushbu tadqiqotda Surxondaryo viloyati ekologik sharoitida bo‘yoq beruvchi o‘simliklar — ro‘yan (Rubia tinctorum L.) va indigofera (Indigofera tinctoria L.) urug‘larining unuvchanligi hamda boshlang‘ich ontogenez bosqichlarining fiziologik va biokimyoviy xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida urug‘larning unish energiyasi, unuvchanlik foizi, ildiz va poya uzunligi, shuningdek, flavonoid va fenolik birikmalar miqdori tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ekologik omillar, xususan harorat va namlik darajasi urug‘larning unuvchanligiga va dastlabki rivojlanish bosqichlariga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ro‘yan urug‘lari yuqori unuvchanlik ko‘rsatkichlarini namoyon etgan bo‘lsa, indigofera urug‘larida biokimyoviy faollik yuqoriroq ekanligi aniqlandi.
