Abstract

Ushbu maqolada gender tengligini ta’minlash va ayollar liderligini rivojlantirish jarayonida inson resurslarini boshqarish  ya’ni HR bo‘limining roli tahlil qilinadi. HRning teng imkoniyat yaratish, liderlik dasturlarini joriy etish, moslashuvchan ish sharoitlarini shakllantirish va  O’zbekiston sharoitida gender madaniyatini rivojlantirish borasidagi funksiyalari o‘rganildi.
