Surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi zamonaviy kardiologiyaning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lib, kasallikning yuqori tarqalishi, nogironlikka olib kelishi hamda o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlarining yuqoriligi bilan ajralib turadi. Mazkur kasallik nafaqat yurak-qon tomir tizimi faoliyatining buzilishi, balki bemorlarning jismoniy, ruhiy va ijtimoiy hayot sifatining keskin pasayishiga ham sabab bo‘ladi. Ushbu maqolada surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi bilan kasallangan bemorlarda hayot sifatini baholashning nazariy asoslari, kasallikning klinik kechishi va hayot sifatiga ta'sir etuvchi omillar ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida kompleks tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, yurakning nasos funksiyasi pasayishi, neyrogumoral tizimlarning faollashuvi, yallig‘lanish mediatorlari, hamroh kasalliklar hamda psixoemotsional buzilishlarning bemorlarning kundalik faoliyati va funksional imkoniyatlariga ko‘rsatadigan ta'siri yoritildi. Dunyo va mintaqaviy epidemiologik ma'lumotlar asosida surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligining tarqalish dinamikasi, kasallanish va o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilinib, hayot sifatini oshirishda zamonaviy davolash strategiyalari hamda multidissiplinar yondashuvning ilmiy ahamiyati asoslab berildi.
