Abstract

Yuz-jagʻ sohasi travmalari zamonaviy tibbiyotda dolzarb muammolardan biri boʻlib, ularning oqibatida yuzaga keladigan asoratlar stomatologiya va jagʻ-yuz jarrohligi amaliyotida murakkab patologik jarayonlarni shakllantiradi. Ushbu ilmiy maqolada yuz-jagʻ travmalaridan keyin rivojlanadigan tish va jagʻ suyaklari nekrozi, periodontal toʻqimalar shikastlanishi hamda ularning anatomik va patofiziologik asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Travmatik omillar taʼsirida yuz-jagʻ sohasini qon bilan taʼminlanishi buzilishi, suyak va yumshoq toʻqimalarda trofik yetishmovchilik yuzaga kelishi nekrotik jarayonlarning rivojlanishiga zamin yaratadi. Periodontal toʻqimalarda yalligʻlanish, mikrotsirkulyatsiya izdan chiqishi va harorat oʻzgarishlari patologik jarayonning chuqurlashuviga olib keladi. Maqolada yuz-jagʻ travmalarining turlari, sinish mexanizmlari, davolash jarayonida uchraydigan asoratlar va ularning statistik dolzarbligi ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Ushbu tahliliy ish yuz-jagʻ travmalarining uzoq muddatli oqibatlarini tushunishda nazariy asos boʻlib xizmat qiladi.
