It illustrates these points with examples like Instagram, where students can easily lose track of time. Conversely, the article highlights the positive benefits of media, including enhanced learning opportunities through educational content on platforms like Instagram and the use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Kahoot, which can support students' studies when used appropriately.
