ICHKI YONUV DVIGATELLARINING OVALSIMON DETALLARIGA YAKUNIY ISHLOV BERISH USULLARI: XONINGLASH, SUPERFINISHLASH VA LAPLASHNING QIYOSIY TAHLILI

Ushbu maqolada ichki yonuv dvigatellarining (IYoD) ovalsimon detallariga — silindr gilzasiga va tirsakli val o‘tqazgichlariga — qo‘llaniladigan uchta asosiy yakuniy ishlov berish usuli: xoninglash, superfinishlash va laplash qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Har bir usulning fizik mexanizmi, erishiladigan yuza sifati ko‘rsatkichlari (Ra, Rz), kesishma burchak talablari va amaliy qo‘llanish sohalari batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi. O‘zbekiston avtoservis sanoatidagi mavjud texnologik holat tahlil asosida qiyosiy jadvallar tuziladi va har bir usulning mahalliy sharoitdagi amaliy samaradorligi baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, silindr gilzasi uchun ko‘p bosqichli xoninglash (Ra = 0.16–0.32 mkm, kesishma burchak 30–45°) va tirsakli val uchun superfinishlash yoki superlapping (Ra = 0.08–0.24 mkm) dvigatel resursini 40–60% uzaytiradi. Amaliy tavsiyalar mahalliy avtoservis sharoitiga moslashtirilgan.
